So lets get straight into it:
1) Do you ship internationally?
Our shipping at this time is only available within Canada and the United States of America. For international shipping please contact us by email and we will see if we can find a shipping solution for you!
Just a note, we do not take responsibility for any items that are charged customs or import taxes.
2) Do you do appointments?
Yes! Currently we can do e appointments via WhatsApp or Facetime! We are a business of the 21st century, so we do not have a physical location - however we do provide virtual appointments so you can see all of our designs in High Definition video anywhere in the world!
We also do consultations for Bridal Jewellery and Bridesmaids Jewellery! Contact us by email to set up an appointment!
3) My jewellery is damaged - do you provide exchanges?
Yes, if your jewellery is damaged in transit we will replace it for you! Given the nature of our business we will only accept exchanges for items reported within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more information.
4) Do you provide wholesale pricing?
Yes, you can save up to 35% off if you are interested in becoming a fellow wholesaler or affiliate of JayEss and Co. We are also able to provide wholesale pricing and product bundles for customer orders and apply wholesale pricing as well.

5) How long will shipping take?
If your product is in stock we can offer Free Express Shipping (1-3 Days) in Canada and the United States! If your product is on back order or you have made a wholesale order your product order can take between 1-2 weeks.
In either case your shipment will be posted either by Canada Post or DHL and you will also receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
6) I made an Order and got a Discount Card in the package - what do I do with this?
At JayEss and Co. we believe in the power of relationships so to thank you for your order we will often send out discount codes as a way to say that we appreciate your business and we hope you continue to be a part of the JayEss Family.
Simply take the discount code you have got and apply it at checkout to receive either a bonus discount, free shipping or an exclusive free gift!
