Spinach Tortilla Recipe
This simple and delicious Spinach Tortilla Recipe is a fresh and healthy way to enjoy your favorite dishes like burritos, wraps, quesadillas and more!

To start you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Spinach
- 1/4 Cup of Oil

Saute your spinach until it becomes soft and add it to a blender along with your oil and salt. Blend until your have yourself a spinach puree.
Next combine your favorite flour and baking powder to a bowl and mix in your puree. Begin to knead the dough until you get a soft dough ball and split to dough into 6-8 portions.
Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes so the flour and active ingredients to expand and activate.
